BRITISH INTERESTS.
LEAGUE OF NATIONS LOANS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, Juno 13. The Bank of England has appointed a committee, including Mr. Austen Chamberlain, Viscount Goschen, Sir Otto Niemeyer and Sir Arthur Salter, which will bo available in case of need to protect the interest of bondholders in League of Nations loans. The appointment of the committee is regarded as a recognition of moral, though not of legal responsibility.
