Sir James Parr is probably best fitted W represent this Dominion, and daring his brilliant term as High Commissioner and a.terwards he has displayed a deep knowledge and a firm grip of such matters as will be discOSSW at the conference. He and Mr. Downie Stewart should be the best possible delegates, and « is to be hoped that party considerations Will not prevent the uec of their valuable services. H. E. VAILE.
