BY ROCKET TO AMERICA.
Germany is watching intently a race between tw engineers. Johuiinie Vnnkler and Rudolf Nebel, who are shortly to make tests with super-speed rockets they are now completing. The two men work in secret laboratories at the same test held in Berlin, and both hope to produce the first rocket which will carry mail from Europe to America in an hour or two. Herr Vebel uses powder for propelling his rocket. Herr Winkler uses a "ray motor" of the whirlwind type, and n chemical liquid as the explosive. He k, said already to li&vo attained a .speed ot Ifolit per second in early tests. M
