Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Sections 51 to 00 of the Rating Act, 1925, Section 108 of the RoaO Boards Act, 1908, Section 52 of the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926, und Sections 21 to 23 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, lf>26, the Amendments of the said Acts, and all other powers it enabling, it is the intention of the Ostend Road Board, at a Meeting to be held at the Office of the Board, on SATURDAY, the 2nd day of July, 1932. to make and levy for the year commencing on the Ist day of April, 1032, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1933, the following rates, .viz.: — (1) A General Rate of Twopence and Eight-tenths of a Penny (2 S-10ths) in the £. (2) A Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of Seven-tenths of a Penny (7-10ths) in the £.
