Hair nil with cold chopped meat, rowl or flsa, seasoned with pepper, salt and a little Lea & Perrlns sauce. Beat one cg-g- with hair a cuprui or milk, season with salt and pepper, and pour over enough to nil each mould. Stand In a baking- tin containing- cold water, and bake in oven until set. Serve "en casserole" with Lea & Perrlns sauce, or turn out on dish and puor round brown sauce, flavoured with Lea & Perrlns. This can Be a very tasty dish so long- as one is particular to use only Lea & Perrins sauce. A blend or rare and subtle seasoning-s mellowed for years before bottling-, Lea & Perrins sauce gives a unique flavour, which cannot be grained by using- any other seasoning.
