ASSESSOR APPOINTED.
MOUNT ALBERT BOROUGH.
Mr. P. J. Crump was elected borough assessor last night at a meeting of the Mount Albert ratepayers. The former assessor, Mr. T. B. Clay, did not seek re-election. The voting was: P. J. Crump, 33 votes; T. Mclndoe, 24.
