Woolley, of Mount Roskill, the newly appointed superintendent o! the Wellington Fire Brigade, will take up his duties in Wellington to-morrow. He has been connected with fire brigade work for the past 13 years. Archbishop Averill, Mr. N. G. Gribble. secretary of the New Zealand Land Settlement League, and Mr. E. E. Kitchener returned by the Limited express from Wellington this morning, when! they took part in a deputation to tho Government in connection with the unemployed boy problem. Mr. Kitchener went as representative of the Auckland Rotary Club.
