PIGEON FLYING.
The Western Suburbs Pigeon Club held its first general meeting at the Grey Lynn Bowling Club's pavilion last night, Mr. A. Mays presiding. It was decided to hold the first race on August fi. Kight new members were enrolled, and the prospects of the new club are exceedingly bright. Several cups and donations were received from companies and firms.
