DISLOYAL PUBLIC SERVANTS. VALIDITY OF NEW CLAUSE. (I.y Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Tho executive of the New Zealand Public Service Association recently took action to ascertain whether the claus;: included in the Finance Act of last ecsson giving the Government the right to dismiss summarily public servantguilty of disloyal acts was constitutional. The general treasurer reported at a recent meeting of the executive that eminent legal advice had been obtained to the effect that the clause was quite constitutional.
