PRESENTATION.
Members of the literary staff of tho "Auckland Star" met yesterday afternoon to farewell one of their number, Mr. W. J. Hampton Reynolds, who has been transferred to the literary staff of New Zealand Newspapers, Ltd., in Christchurch. A presentation of a cigarettebox and lighter was made by Mr. A. Mullock, news editor of tho "Auckland Star." Mr. Reynolds will leave for Christ-church at the end of the week. |
