HARBOUR BOARD SECRETARY.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The Harbour Board appointed Mr. James Kenton, secretary to the board vice Mr. W. J. Bardeley, who has retired on superannuation. Mr. Kenton has been with the board 24 years, and v\\s acting secretary during Mr. Bardsley's absence in Europe.
