DIVORCE GRANTED.
On the ground of his wife's failure to comply with an order for restitution, Guy Vivian Temple Perkins was granted a decree nisi in his petition for divorce against Eunice Ivy Perkins, heard by Mr. Justice Smith at the Supreme Court this morning. The parties were married in 1922 and in November, 1931, an order was made that respondent should return to petitioner. This order she had not complied with.
