TACTFUL HINTS
BUSINESS GIRL'S "MAKE-UP." LONDON, May 20. In city banks and offices word is going round among the girl employees that the excessive use of lipstick, powderpuff and rouge is not considered to be "tho thing" by the powers that be. The Bank of England has always frowned an Old-Lady-of-Threadneedle-Street frown on the obvious use. of make-up.
