MAYOR FACES GRAFT CHARGES NEW YORK, May 20. The biggest sensation yet created at the inquiry by Judge Seabury into "graft" charges, was caused when evidence was given that John Sisto, an official of a taxi company, gave the Mayor of New York, Mr. Walker, £0000, in a sealed envelope, before the Mayor created the Board of Taxicab Control.
