ROTORUA HUNT.
THE THIRD MEET. (From Our Own Correspondent.) ROTORUA, Monday. Capital hunting weather prevailed on Saturday afternoon when the Rotorua and Bay of Plenty Hunt Club held its third meet of the season. The assembly point was the corner of Malfroy and Old Taupo Roads, and about 30 riders followed the hounds to Mr. Knox's property, where they were cast oft and worked through Springfield without luck. r lhe hunt then worked back and across the Utihina stream intcJ Tilii-o-tonga estate, and at the back of the homestead in a gully a hare was put up. A splendid run followed along the back of Tilii-o-tonga. through Wrigley's and Ford's, and a kill was finally made at the top of Creamery Road. Hounds then searched through ITardcastle's. without luck, and the hunt finally visited Mr. 11. P. Ford's residence, where they were entertained. There were a couple of spills, but nothing to mar the success of the meet.
