LANG BREAKS SILENCE.

GOVERNOR CRITICISED,

SYDNEY, May 17

The ex-Premier, Mr. J. T. Lang, broke his silence to-day when he addressed the Labour caucus. Mr. Lang reviewed the events which led to his tomal and criticised the Governor, Sir Philip Game. He declared that if his Excellency haa acted constitutionally in dismissing him he would be acting unconstitutionally it he granted supply after the end of May without the approval of Parliament.
