MANUKAU COUNTY COUNCIL The council of the Manukau County met yesterday, the chairman, Mr. F. M. The council had written to the general manager of the New Zealand railways, Mr. P. J. Roussell, offering to supply the Otahuhu workshops and station with water at 9d per 1000 gallons.
