BERLIN, May 17.

While praying in a church at Guel, near Cobknz, 25 people were trapped by flood waters following a cloudburst, which extensively damaged the Rhineland. The water had almost reached their necks when the police rescued them through the church roof. Five people were drowned in the same village.
