INCITING ALLEGED.
WELL-KNOWN DEMONSTRATOR (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Herbert Edwin Barnsley, well-known in Christchurch as a leader in unemployed demonstrations, appeared in the Magistrate's Court this morning on two charges of inciting lawlessness. The charges related to Saturday and Sunday last. Accused was remanded until Friday. Bail was fixed at £100.
