THE BOARD'S REPORT.
The New Zealand Dairy Produce Board has received the following market report from its London office, dated April 22: — Butter: New Zealand, salted. 102/ to 100/ per cwt; unsalted, 110/ to 112/; 102/ to 105/ equals approximately 10% d f.o.b. Deliveries: New Zealand, 1440 tons: in store, New Zealand, 5479 tons. Australian: Salted. 102/ to 104/; iinsalted, 103/ to 105/. Deliveries: Australian, 181<! tons; in store, 1550 tons. Argentine: Unsalted, 98/ to 102/; South African, 90/ to 102/; Danish, 97/, f.0.b., 116/ spot; Dutch, unsalted, 132/ to 134/; Siberian, 10 The market is slow. Retail prices unchanged in the South, but expect a^ reduction of Id next week. Retail prices in the North are:—-New Zealand, 1/1: IJanish, 1/2. Demand still very disappointing. European demand for Danish butter gradually declining, forcing more Danish butter on English market. The Empire Marketing Boards estimated stocks of all butters at April 1(> are 484.248 boxes. Cheese: New Zealand, white, 60/ per cwt; coloured, 61/; 60/ to 61/ equals approximately 5%d. f.o.b. Deliveries. New Zealand, 16,703 crates; in store, 86.819 crates. South African, white, 09/: coloured, 58/. Canadian, white and coloured, 68/ to 72/. Deliveries: Canadian, 5850 boxes; in store, 91,500 boxes. The market is quiet. New Zealand retail price, Bd. . . ~ The board has also received the following advice from its agents in Canada: — Butter: New York, 20 cents; Montreal. 18 cents. MARKETS WEAK. Messrs. Joseph Nathan and Co. have received the following cable from their London principals, Messrs. Trengrouse and Nathan, dated London, April 25: —. Butter continues weas. 102/ per cwt. Danish 95/, f.o.b
