CONTROL OF OUTPUT. JAVA AND CUBA AGREE. BRUSSELS, .March 31. The dispute between the sugar growers in Java and Cuba regarding production has been settled. Both .sides have accepted the proposal of the European and Peruvian representatives, under the market stabilisation plan, to reduce their respective exports by the amount Java produces in excess of 1,500.000 tons.
