SOVIET MOTOR CARS.
FACTORY'S 810 FAILURE. The Soviet's motor car factory at Nijni Novgorod, which was scheduled to produce 60,000 motor cars last year and in which £2,000,000 has been invested, has bo far turned out only 15. The director, M. Kuznetzoff, blames the poor quality of the steel supplies, which are produced in Russia, for the factory's failure.
