MOUNTING YOUR STAMPS.
Nothing looks worse than a badly kept stump album, yet it is an extremely simple matter to keep it neat and interesting. If your book is ruled up into squares, always make a point of fixing each stamp in the centre of each square, and this rule applies equally to the album which has a ruled place for every stamp issued. Albums, however, are not so essential as some collectors think. A well-mounted collection housed on blank sheets of paper is, in many cases, better, for it gives you a chance of using your own choice us to the arrangement of a page. .Do not overcrowd your pages when mounting in this maimer, and try to Achieve the most artistic effects possible.
