Notice is hereby given that the Waiteniata County Council proposes, at its meeting to be held on the 19tli day of February, 1932, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Lotlns Board for its sanction, in terms of Sections 47 and 48 of The Finance Act, 1929, to divert the unexpended balance, viz., £032 0/3, in respect of the Wairau Estuary Bridge Loan (1927) towards the construction and improvement of the Beach Road, Takapuna Riding.
