MATAMATA SCHOOL EVENTS

MATAMATA, this day.
The Matamata Junior High School held its first annual- sports on Thursday, the championships carrying with them the Herbert Smith Trust trophies. The championship awards were :—Boys, senior, D. Gordon; junior, E. Wright; primary, M. Turner. Girls: Senior, A. Wright; junior, Annette Earle; primary, Eva Franich.
