ART FOR NEW ZEALAND.

A VALUABLE COLLECTION.

LONDON, December 25.

Mr. Murray Fuller, whose earlier collection was lost in the Manuka, which was wrecked off the east coast of Otago about two years ago, has . shipped a varied assortment of contemporary •British art to New Zealand. This new collection is valued at £30,000, and includes three Orpens, covering different phases in the artist's career. They were sent by the express wish of Sir William Orpeh, on the eve of his death recently. The pictures, which will be on exhibition during a tour of New Zealand, and probably Australia, are representative of British academic art. Among the artists represented are the late . George ' Washington Lambert, Charles D. J. Bryant, W. Richard Sickert, Sir David Young Cameron P. Wilson Steer, Philip Connard, John Arnesby Brown, Frank Brangwyn, Jhr George Clausen,'James Mcßey and William Russell Flint. ■"'
