TRANSPORT WORKERS' WAGES.
Referring to the statement in the "Star , ; by !Mr. Liddell, secretary of the Transport Board Employees' Union, may I clear the air with regard to the gangers, inspectors awl shed foreman, whom Mr. Liddell has clawed with "heads of Departments" and averaged their wages at £7 10/ per week? This is grossly misleading; .these men should not be glassed with heads of Departments, thereby 'averaging their wages much higher thair they have ever received. - ONE OF THEM. '
