THE "SHOW OF SHOWS."
Poise, charm s and ability were shown .by the performers at Mies Cecil Hall's "Show of Shows" His Majesty's Theatre as a matinee "and to an overflowing house on Saturday evening. The programme was varied and, of high standard. Pride of place must be given to "The Snow Queen" pantomime, played in four scenes, in which 100 performers took part. The principals in this dainty numtjer were: Misses Isabelie Henderson, Lynetfe Alison, Lorraine McElroy, J. C. Smith, Nora Kirby, (i. Wright, Peggy Holmes, Dallas Lethaby, "Igloo" and Mary Cofield. The next outstanding number was the "Mexican Fiesta," played by Isabolle Brook, Lorrie Hammill, Lorraine Mcllroy, Sybil Phillips, Clare Sealc, J. Crichton-Smith, Mardi Brook, Peggy Holmes and Mexican beauty ballet. Other clever numbers were "Moon Faerie Fantasy," played by tiny little ■tote; "Divertissements," introducing a step dance by Eon Stevens, and "The Spirit of Incense," by Clara Seale. Other clever items, which were beautifully dressed and in appropriate settings were "Circus Diys," "Hungarian Rhapsody," "Buglers on Parade," "Oriental Scena" and midinettes.
