NAVAL PAY.
TEN PER CENT «CUT." OFFICERS AND RATINGS. The rates of pay of all New Zealand naval officers and ratings-have received a 10 per cent cut. Advice to this effect was received this morning from Wellington by Commander Berthon, officer in'charge of the Devonport naval base.
