WTFE GRANTED DIVORCE. A wife who -saiil *he had been separated from her in—band for It! years was granted a decree nisi by Mr. Justice •Smith in the Supreme Court to-day. Petitioner was Annie Seiver (Mi'. Guy, of Kaikohe), and the respondent w«a Benjamin Seiver.
Evidence was given by the petitioner that, she was marrieil to the respondent in January. ID!:;, at K.ho, and had lived with him for'only two year-.
