PRIMARY PRODUCERS.
HOPE FOR REOPENING BANK. . (Received 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The chairman of directors of the Primary Producers' Bank, Mr. Schweiger, has stated that several proposals have been made with a view to aiding the directors to carry on the bank, and possibly a way will be found to open .the bank again.
