EXPERTS TO CONFER.
Political Leaders to Meet in London. ATTEMPT TO END CRISIS. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, July 16. The Foreign Office has issued a statement which says the Government has decided to summon a conference of Ministers in connection with the outstanding phases of Mr. Hoover's plan on July 20. Mr. Mac Donald and Mr. Henderson will not visit Berlin as previously arranged. Dr. Bruening and Dr. Curtius, the German Chancellor and Foreign Minister, will go to Paris on Friday, where they will be met by Mr. Henderson as a preliminary to the conference in London. The Government's decision to summon a conference of Ministers is regarded as an attempt to end the European crisis before it becomes disastrous. Invitations have been extended to France, Italy and Belgium.
