AGENTS APPOINTED.
P. AND 0. BRANCH SERVICE,
It was recently announced from August 1 the New Zealand Shipping Company would represent in New Zealand, as chief passenger agents, and 0. Line and E. and A. Line. Arrangement's have now been completed for the New Zealand Shipping Company to act in a similar capacity for the P. and 0. branch service, whoso fleet of 13,000ton oil-burning steamers consists of the Ballarat, Balranald, Baradine, Barrabool and Bendigo. . The service is from Australia to Jjondon, via Suez, and the vessels carry one class of passengers only, at rates equivalent to third class fares. The present agents for the P. and 0. branch scrvice, Henderson and Macfarlane, Ltd., will continue to act, but in conjunction with the New Zealand Snipping Company. Henderson and Macfarlane, Ltd., will also act as joint agents with the New Zealand Shipping Company and Russell and Somers, Ltd., for the P. and O. Main Line's tourist class and one class steamers.
