AGREEMENT POSSIBLE
COAL MARKETING SCHEME
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 15. The Secretary of Mines, Mr. E. Shin well, in reply to a question in the House or Commons regarding the international agreement to'stablllse the coal said the negotiations now with the coal owners. The Minister said ne believed there was an excellent opportunity for concluding an agreement which might help the coal industrv.
