REOPENING THE BANK
Lang Declines Commonwealth Proposals. CABINET DISSATISFIED. (Received 11.30 a.n:.) SYDNEY, this day. The "'Sydney Morning Herald' 3 says it is learnt that the State Cabinet ic very dissatisfied with the proposed agreement between the Commonwealth Bank and the State Saving; Bank commissioners for reopening the State Bank. The Premier, llr. J. T. Lang, will not take responsibility eifher for accepting or rejecting the agreement, which will probably be submitted to the Legislative Assembly as a non-party matter.
