MR. McGOVERN'S COMPLAINT,

LONDON, July 5
"I will see the authorities in Hades before I apologise," said Mr. J. McGovern, M.P. (Lab., Shettleston, Glasgow), who was' suspended on Thursday, addressing 10,000 people on Glasgow Green. He claimed that he had been illegally ejected from the House of Commons and should ha ,- e been suspended before 'the attendan J j were allowed to cross the bar and lay hands on .a member. He is considering taking action against the Speaker and the Sergeant-at-Arms. The police took Mr. McGovern's name for speaking without a permit.
