BAYLY. —On July G, at her brother's residence. River Road, Ngaruawahia, Teresa Isabella (Tess) Bayly, dearly, loved sister of Coralie and Oscar Bayly, and John McNeice.

BELL. —On July 5 (suddenly), at her residence, Grand Vue Koad, Manurewa, Louisa, widow of the late RiehaKd Bell, and beloved mother of William Bell, sister of John and Margaret Park, Onehunga. Funeral will leave the above address tomorrow (Tuesday), at 2.30 p.m., for Waikaraka Cemetery. BENNETT.—On July 5, 1031, at Auckland, James George Bennett, husband of the late Maud Meld Bennett, and dearly beloved father of Airs. Kobert it. Stevens, Dell Avenue, Kemuera.
