ROWBOAT TRAGEDY.
SEVEN CHILDREN DROWNED. OTTAWA, June 28. A message from Three Rivers, Quebec, says seven children, aged from six to 19 years, were drowned when a ( rowboat was upset on the River des Envies, which they were crossing on a berry-picking expedition. One girl, aged 10, was rescued by some men who saw the accident.
