LOAN CONVERSION.
Passing of Bill Means Approval Of Premiers' Agreement. LABOUR OPPONENTS. CANBERRA, June 26. The Loan Conversion Agreement Bill was read a second time in the House of Representatives by 41 votes to 15, after an all-night debate. Thirteen of the Government members and two of Mr. J. A. Beasley's faction comprised, the: minority. The division means that the whole of the plan of the Premiers' Conference will be endorsed, as the bills to follow merely make th© plan operative.
