Mr Treadwell submitted that in the resent case the mere fact that a coniction had heen entered w r Ould be euffirient penalty. The magistrate said that two people ,i been Injured and might have been v'lcd. The defendant's act had clearly tarn ne"li?ent and He would Lye to°he fined a substantial amount.
