PERPETUAL TRUSTEES. STILL PAYS 15 PER CENT. A particularly successful and wellmanaged institution is the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Co., of New Zealand, which has its headquarters in Dunedin, and a branch in Christchurch. The company is now in its forty-seventh year, and, operating with a paid capital of £22,500, administers estates and various trusts to a value of over £6,250,000. For the year ended April 30 last, net profits totalled £6559, and the usual dividend of 15 per cent per annum, which has been paid regularly during the past decade, was agreed to.
