TRADESMEN CHEATED
South African Rhodes Scholar's Downfall. ORDERED TO GO HOME. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, June 2. A South African Khodes Scholar, Brandon Laight, who was unable to maintain himself on the Rhodes allowance, admitted defrauding Oxford tradesmen and was bound over on condition that he returned to Africa.
