ACCORD AT GENEVA.
Britain and Dominions Ratify General Act. PRANCE AND ITALY AGREED. (Received 9.30 a.m.) GENEVA, May 21. The British Foreign Secretary, Mr. ■Arthur Henderson, on behalf of Britain, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, deposited ratifications of the General •Act of Arbitration. M. Briand did so on behalf of France, and Signor Dino Grandi intimated that Italy would ratify the Act later. Great applause greeted Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald's telegram approving of Mr. Henderson's chairmanship of the Disarmament Conference.
