LEAVE TO APPEAL.
O. F. NELSON JUDGMENT. APIA, May 20. 0. F. Nelson and Company, Limited, were yesterday granted leave to appeal against the judgment of the Court on April 21 on charges under the Seditious Organisations Ordinance, and execution ■was staved against the fine of £5600 then imposed. Security for appeal was fixed a± £100.
