HAMILTON, Wednesday. The second round of the Gillies' Vase was played to-day by the Hamilton Ladies' Golf Club. The results were as follow: — Mrs. Clive Matthews beat Mrs. H. Griffiths, 4 and 2; Miss Provis beat Mrs. N. N. Ross, 1 up; Miss B. Manning beat Mrs. .7. J. Standrin, 4 and 3; Mrs. 0. R. Farrer beat Mrs. N. Ratcliffe, 5 and 4; Mrs. H. Worley beat Mrs. F. Gordon, 2 and 1: Mrs. F. Gruar beat Mrs. A. W. Smith. •> and 3; Mrs. A. Sandford beat Miss Eyre 2 and 1; Mrs. L. Toinpkins beat Mrs. (.'. L. MacDiarmid, 3 and 1.
