MR. G. LAWSON RETURNED. ONE COUNCILLOR UNSUCCESSFUL. v The election at New Lynn resulted in Mr. G. Lawson, former acting-Mayor, being returned. He defeated Mr. Isaac Hughes by £63 votes.
