FIRST SINCE WAR.
BBITISH SHIPS IN GERMANY. LONDON, May 3. The Admiralty announces that in response to the German Government's invitation the cruisers Dorsetshire and Norfolk will pay an unofficial visit to Kiel from July 4to 11. This will be the first visit of British warships to Germany eince the war.
