MISFORTUNE ATTENDS FIRST AIR MAIL LINER FROM ENGLAND TO AUSTRALIA.—The Imperial Airways liner City of Cairo in trouble at Koepang (Batavia), within a day'e hop of its objective. A forced landing was made owing to shortage of benzine and the pilots were deceived by the £all grass in landing, damage, which prevented the continuation of the flight, being done by rocks hidden in the grass.
