PORT HUNTER SAILS.

CARGO FROM NEW YORK

The departure to-day of the Middlesex, Orari and Boren for Southern ports leaves only one overseas vessel in port, the Port Hunter, which is discharging general cargo from London and which is to sail for Wellington at 5 p.m. to-day.

The only overseas vessel due at Auckland over the week-end is the City of Swansea, which expects to arrive from New York to-morrow evening. No radio ban yet been received from the Golden Cross, which is scheduled to arrive from Los Angeles on Monday. Returning from Norfolk Island, the Hikurangi is also due here on Monday. UNION COMPANY'S STEAMERS. The Waimarino sails early this afternoon for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. The Kaimiro shifted to the Western ■wharf this morning, and sails at o p.m. to-day for Greymouth to load for Wellington. The Kaimanawa soiled-to-day for Lyttelton to load for Auckland. The Waimea arrived at Napier from Gisborne at 6 a.m. to-day, and sails for Auckland at 8 p.m. The Kanna leaves Lyttelton this evenins: for Auckland direct.
