WILL DECLARED.
LATE SIR GEORGE HUNTER. LEGACIES TOTAL £6600. MOSTLY TO FARM SERVANTS. (F>y Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Under the will of the late Sir George Hunter, which was made in August, 1924, and which, with the codicil thereto of-December, 1926. was upheld by Mr. Justice Reed in his reserved judgment, delivered in the Supreme Court on Monday last, legacies amounted to £16,800 and annuities to £450. The codicil revoked, owing to the deaths of the devises, legacies of £15,000 to Sir George's sister, Mrs. Moorhouse, and of £200 to one of his former servants, but added a bequest of £5000 to
the daughter of his brother Paul and an annuity of £100 to the son of his wife by her first marriage.
The will was otherwise unaltered at the date of the stroke in September, 1929. Therefore the existing will provided for legacies amounting to £6000 and annuities totalling £000.
With the exception of amounts given to four nieces and step-son, the legacies were all to farm servants. .
